Information is used to evaluate submissions, communicate with writers, administer representation, discuss publishing opportunities, manage rights, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Submission materials are not sold to advertisers.
Retention and security
Records may be retained for reasonable business, conflict-checking, legal, and archival purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
