Brandon Burnside is a Tampa-based author, publishing entrepreneur, and the founder of Burnside Literary Agency. He has published eight books, most recently the Nightgrave Publishing folk-horror novel Tampa Italiano: Welcome Home, Family. His hands-on work includes developing and evaluating manuscripts, preparing query and submission materials, shaping commercial positioning, and navigating publishing opportunities.
He founded the agency to offer selective representation grounded in clear communication, careful editorial preparation, targeted submissions, and respect for the author’s creative and business interests.
Burnside is also the founder and publisher of Nightgrave Publishing. The agency and press operate as separate businesses. Any potential overlap is disclosed, conflicts are managed in writing, and the agency will not claim to negotiate independently on both sides of the same transaction.
