Show the complete narrative arc in one to two pages, including major turns and the ending. A synopsis is an evaluation tool, not jacket copy.
Use standard manuscript formatting, readable type, one-inch margins, and consistent chapter headings. Begin where the story’s meaningful pressure begins.
Choose two or three recent, relevant books that clarify readership, tone, premise, or market position. Explain the comparison briefly and truthfully.
